Asour Retail Facilities and Maintenance Manageryouwillberesponsibleforthemanagementandupkeepofmultipleretailstoresacrossthe UKROIandEurope.

Thisroleinvolvesmanagingthephysicalenvironmentofourretailspaces,conductingpreventativemaintenanceandoverseeingrefurbishmentandrepairprojects.

Thisrolehasarequirementforstrongleadershipskillsandstakeholdermanagementskillstomanagebothin-houseteamsandexternalcontractorswhilstmaintainingcorporateprinciplesandlegislativestandardsincludingthenegotiationofmaintenancecontracts&supplyofservices.

Pleasenotethatthisisfieldbasedworkwithoccasionaltraveltoheadofficein Streetasandwhenitisrequired.

• Maintenance&Repair:
  
  Leadandoverseethemaintenanceteamandfullschemeactivities
• Managerelationshipswithkeysuppliers,contractors,consultantsandservicecontracts.
• Createtheconditionsthatdeliverahighlycompetent,energetic,engagedandmotivatedworkforcewhoarecommittedandalignedtoglobaldeliveryoutcomes

• Provenexperienceinfacilitiesmanagement,preferablywithmultisiteswithinaretailenvironment.
• Knowledge of
  
  UKhealthandsafetyregulations,building codes,andstatutoryrequirements.
• Strongprojectmanagementskills,withtheabilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously.
• Experiencemanagingservicecontractsanddealingwithcontractors.
• Budgetmanagementexperience,including cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong problem-solvingskillsandattentiontodetail.
• Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytoworkcollaborativelywithstoremanagersandcross-functional teams.
• Abilitytoworkunderpressureandhandleemergenciescalmlyandefficiently.
• BIFM(British Institute of Facilities Management ) qualificationor equivalent
• HNC/HNDBuilding Construction
• Knowledgeofsustainabilitypracticesinfacilitiesmanagement.
• Familiarity with Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems
