Service Transition Manager - SC Cleared

Network IT is currently representing a fantastic client in Somerset, who are looking for a Service Transition Manager to join them on a contract basis.

Please note that this role will require UK SC Clearance.

Our client is looking for an energetic Service Transition Manager, to support and guide on the assurance of the transition of services through development into live running, assuring operational readiness at the point of service acceptance.

You will be working on existing services, of which our client is looking to make major changes, and also launch new services to assure supportability.

Location:

Somerset, 2 days per week onsite, with the willingness to be flexible where needed

Skills:

Strong background in Service Transition / Acceptance Management
Excellent knowledge of ITIL principles within the Service Transition process
ITIL v4 Foundation Qualified
Able to demonstrate experience of working to improve and change existing service models, whilst launching new capabilities effectively
Excellent communication, relationship, and stakeholder management skills go without saying!
Must be a British passport holder
SC Cleared or eligible for clearance
