As a fully qualified Corporate Accountant you will draw on your existing experience and work closely with the Principal on all aspects of corporate accounting except the review stage, and also manage fund accounting. You will build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients, gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer‑centric solutions. You’ll be highly organized, pay close attention to detail and understand your subject matter, especially when working with colleagues from different teams, ensuring clear instructions during the handover of work.
Compliance and regulations have never been more complex; you’ll need to ensure we comply and meet our obligations, safeguarding us from potential risks. We are never complacent and always encourage our people to look for ways to improve our business; everyone’s opinion counts and we value your contribution. Your long‑term career goals are important to us too. We want to ensure we provide the support and opportunities you need to achieve your dreams, so we can build a successful future together.

Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations. Our sustainability depends on building and maintaining long‑term relationships with all our stakeholders—including our employees, clients, and local communities—while reducing our impact on the natural environment. We continuously strive for improvement in people, clients, planet, and governance. Our success depends on sustainability and agility in a changing global landscape. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and diverse culture, led by our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion steering committee.
Our learning and development programmes and hybrid working approach support employees’ growth and flexibility. Through initiatives such as IQ‑EQ Launchpad, we help women managers launch their first fund in an environment where only 15% of private equity and venture capital firms are gender balanced.
