Technical Director – National Role

Shape the future of technical services with OCS. OCS is seeking a dynamic Technical Director to lead the strategic and operational delivery of technical services across our UK facilities management portfolio.

As a senior leadership role, you’ll set the technical alley, ensure compliance a safety, and drive innovation in engineering and maintenance. You’ll be responsible for developing technical strategies, managing risk, and supporting growth through bids and client engagement. Leading a multi‑disciplinary team, you’ll foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline
• NEBOSH certification (essential)
• Chartered Engineer status preferred
• Extensive experience in facilities management or building services, including senior leadership roles
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E, HVAC and compliance frameworks
