Location: The Crescent, Taunton, TA1 4DY
Start Date: ASAP
Contract
Duration: 3+ Months
Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £36.38 Per Hour

Review academic progress, attendance, and development regularly. Coordinate early interventions for underachievement.
Work with social workers, teachers, carers, and professionals for a unified approach to education and care.
Support school staff with SEND needs, trauma-informed practices, and inclusive strategies.
Assist in managing transitions between schools or care placements to ensure continuity.
Qualified teacher or experience with vulnerable children in education.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence and support schools for better outcomes.
Experience in multi-agency work and safeguarding.
Commitment to inclusion and learner wellbeing.
Experience with trauma-informed practices and attachment awareness.
