• Review academic progress, attendance, and development regularly. Coordinate early interventions for underachievement.

• Work with social workers, teachers, carers, and professionals for a unified approach to education and care.

• Support school staff with SEND needs, trauma-informed practices, and inclusive strategies.

• Assist in managing transitions between schools or care placements to ensure continuity.

• Qualified teacher or experience with vulnerable children in education.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to influence and support schools for better outcomes.

• Experience in multi-agency work and safeguarding.

• Commitment to inclusion and learner wellbeing.

• Experience with trauma-informed practices and attachment awareness.
