Are you a passionate SEND LSA looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs? We are excited to welcome a dedicated and compassionate SEND LSA to join our inclusive, supportive, and nurturing team. In this rewarding role, you’ll help pupils with SEND thrive both academically and emotionally.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

Provide 1:1 and small-group support as a committed SEND LSA

Foster a positive, caring, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils

Adapt resources and activities to meet individual learning needs

Support pupils in developing independence, confidence, and social skills

Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised learning plans

Assist with classroom organisation, preparation, and day-to-day routines

Promote pupil well-being, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour

What We’re Looking For

Experience working as a SEND LSA or in a similar role supporting children with SEND

A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for helping pupils overcome barriers to learning

Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with students

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
