The Mechanic-Boiler at PIM BRANDS LLC is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. This full-time role requires a skilled professional who can troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, conduct regular inspections, and implement preventative maintenance measures to support the company's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boiler systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
• Conduct regular inspections of boiler equipment and related systems to identify and address potential issues.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to ensure seamless operation of all equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new boiler equipment as needed.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior mechanics and other team members. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in boiler technology to enhance operational efficiency.

Required

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in boiler mechanics or a related field is preferred.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in boiler maintenance and repair.
• Proven track record of working with various types of boilers, including steam and hot water systems.
• Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting boiler system issues.

• Strong understanding of boiler systems, including their components and operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment specific to boiler maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report findings.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a full-time role. Commitment to safety protocols and procedures in all aspects of boiler maintenance and repair.

• The PIM Brands Manufacturing Site is located in Somerset, New Jersey
• The PIM Brands Manufacturing Site is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• This position requires working onsite for 3rd shift 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
