Assistant Teachers

Position: Assistant Teachers/ full time and part time
Description of the role:

The Sapling School is currently seeking Assistant Teachers to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting lead teachers in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for young children.
Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime and other activities
• Support children in their academic, social, and emotional development
• Assist with classroom management and ensure a safe and clean environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working with children preferred
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
