This opportunity is for a full-time School Psychologist position serving K-12 students across various schools in Bristol, CT, available for the school year. This role offers the chance to support a diverse caseload spanning multiple ages and grade levels, with placement determined to best match skills and district needs. The position is onsite and involves weekdays from Monday through Friday, with hours ranging from 35 to 37.5 per week.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students in grades K-12.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide consultation and support to school staff regarding behavioral and learning challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional expertise to student support.
- Manage caseload effectively across multiple schools as assigned by leadership.
- Active School Psychologist license in Connecticut.
- Proven experience in school psychology, including conducting evaluations.
- Strong understanding of K-12 educational settings and student developmental needs.
- Ability to work onsite full-time during normal school hours.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
