Key Responsibilities- Co-chair the Climate Team with the assigned administrator
- Review and analyze school climate data
- Plan and implement climate improvement strategies
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with staff to support a positive school culture
- Appropriate Connecticut Certification
