Working at ESPN is unlike anything else. That’s because we’re always finding new ways to interact with fans – however and wherever they connect with sports. When you have the latest technology, game-changing ideas and world‑class talent on your team, every day is extraordinary.

This Executive Assistant role supports three VPs who oversee highly collaborative creative and technical teams responsible for bringing studio productions to life. They lead fast‑paced, people‑driven organizations where partnership, communication, and execution are critical. This role is ideal for an engaged, proactive assistant who enjoys working closely with executives, can understand how creative and technical teams operate, and takes pride in helping complex, high‑visibility work run smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Support three VPs by driving execution of tasks, solving complex problems, and supporting all executive administrative needs.
  • Manage all aspects of daily office operations.
  • Serve as liaison with other executive admins, IT, and Facilities.
  • Assist in all administrative functions, including maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, booking travel, handling expenses, preparing presentations, organizing events and meetings, and managing relationships with key people internally and externally.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and manage expense reporting, ensuring seamless logistics and adherence to company policies.
  • Handle all invoice processing for costs and liaise with Finance on any identified issues.
  • Coordinate the administration, logistics, and workflow for the assigned executives; track and follow‑up on key “to‑do” items on behalf of the assigned executives.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and tact.
  • Interact with a wide variety of high‑level ESPN and external contacts on behalf of the executives.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • In‑depth understanding of office management and daily operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high‑volume travel arrangements for executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
