Fresenius Medical Care - - 119 Tradepark Dr - Responsibilities:
Set up and operate hemodialysis machines according to prescribed orders and safety protocols.;
Monitor patients during dialysis, obtain vital signs and weight, and document treatment data.;
Educate patients on adequacy measures and disease process; participate in CQI activities and training.;
Assist in training and supervising direct patient care staff and reinforce infection control practices.;
Evaluate vascular access, cannulate as allowed, monitor intradialytic problems, and intervene as prescribed.
