Schedule:

Alternating weekend schedule. Week 1 – Sun 10‑6, Tue‑Thu 8‑8;
Week 2 – Mon 8‑8, Fri 8‑8, Sat 9‑8.

Location:

Somerset, KY | Salary: $‑$

• Use critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical procedures.
• Document patient care given.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.

• Education:
  
  Associate's degree in nursing required; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• License:
  Current RN license to practice in Kentucky.
