We’re looking for a Treatment Director to join our team and oversee clinical programming, staff development, and the overall quality of care for youth in our therapeutic foster care and community-based services.
In this role, you’ll provide leadership and clinical oversight to a dedicated team, support youth and families through trauma‑informed care, and ensure our division thrives both clinically and operationally.

Treatment Director Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To- Lead, mentor, and supervise a high‑performing clinical and support team
- Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and crisis intervention as needed
- Oversee treatment planning, intake, placement, and service delivery for youth in care
- Ensure compliance with all state, agency, and licensing standards
- Collaborate with community partners, referral sources, and foster families
- Manage division operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
- Conduct regular supervision, performance evaluations, and training for staff
- Support program growth, quality assurance, and outcome‑driven practices
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field
- Active clinical licensure required: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/administrative role and 2 years of direct care service delivery
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with trauma‑informed care, child welfare, and family systems
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel as needed
