We’re currently seeking therapists (bonus points if you are certified in play therapy!) interested in working with children aged 4+! This role is ideal for individuals who specialize in working with young clients or are passionate about supporting children and teens. Though this position is hybrid, you will primarily work in person at our Somerset location.

NEW HIRES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A $2,500 Sign-On bonus OR specialized training in Play Therapy or EMDR!

• Supervision Cost Reimbursement - We offer several options to help with your supervision costs.
• Insurance - We offer a low-deductible insurance plan with optional add-ons for dental and vision coverage. With additional disability and life insurance plans! As a perk, Mindsight covers a $25,000 life insurance policy for all employees.

Compensation and Support:

While we may not be the highest-paying practice, we offer fair rates and a tremendous amount of support. We have a dedicated administrative team whose only purpose is to make sure you have everything you need to thrive. With a 90-day onboarding program and ongoing training, you’ll have the support you need to build a full caseload and excel in your role.
