Rural 1099 Case Manager – Work Your Own Schedule – Up to $9,375 / Month

Location: Southern Kentucky – Somerset region and surrounding rural counties

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

You’ll manage a caseload of Medicaid waiver clients in rural Southern Kentucky, providing traditional, PDS, and blended case management services. You’ll inherit around 20 clients immediately, with the freedom to grow your caseload up to 75 clients as new clients become available.

• You control your schedule

• You can work this alongside a regular full-time job
• Time off is unlimited as long as responsibilities are maintained
• Most travel can be batched during the first part of each month
• This is not a clock-in, clock-out job. It is ideal for someone who takes ownership and thrives with independence.

• 1099 contractor
• Up to $9,375 per month based on caseload size
• Mileage & all other expenses are tax deductible

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Nursing license or bachelor’s degree in human services field
• Pass a federal background check
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Personal laptop or computer (we provide software)
