** Job Summary
** The Client Service Specialist is the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with their insurance and its services.
*
* Primary Responsibilities:

*** Manage client inquiries by phone, email, online, or in person
* Builds a positive client relationship through collaboration and trust
* Provides clients with their coverage features and guidance on procedures.
* Processes claims and reimbursements on behalf of the client
* Updates and maintains the client CSR database
* Expedites service challenges to the appropriate manager/insurance contact
* Schedules appointments for senior advisors and company partner
* Interacts with Sales advisors to support their clients and business unit
* Other tasks and projects assigned by CRM
