Sie werden in einem intensiven zwei-monatigen Programm im Lift Camp eingearbeitet und genießen flexible Arbeitszeiten sowie 25 bis 30 Ferientage. Ideale Voraussetzungen sind eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre im mechanischen Bereich und 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung. Darüber hinaus werden zahlreiche Mitarbeitervorteile wie eine gesunde Arbeitsumgebung geboten.
