Senior Global Planning & Systems Lead​/Manager

Our client, an innovative and fast‑growing life sciences organisation, is seeking a Global Planning & Systems Lead to drive the deployment of a global SIOP framework and maximise the effectiveness of Kinaxis Rapid Response as their planning platform. As the Global Planning & Systems Lead
, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the global SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) deployment strategy. You will ensure strong integration of Kinaxis Rapid Response across regions, partner with cross‑functional leaders, and build robust planning capabilities that support long‑term business growth.

• Lead the global SIOP deployment roadmap and ensure alignment across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Commercial.
• Serve as the global subject matter expert for Kinaxis Rapid Response and digital planning tools.
• Translate business requirements into effective system configurations, enhancements, and operational improvements.
• Oversee system testing, validation, and governance for planning platforms and interfaces.
• Standardise planning processes, KPIs, and governance to strengthen the SIOP framework.
• Drive end‑user capability building, training, and global adoption for SIOP and Kinaxis.
• Support data governance, master data alignment, and integration workflows.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure planning systems support network expansion and strategic objectives.

• Successful project management of the design, development, and deployment of an Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) solution
  , such as:
• OMP
• SAP IBP
• Proven track record in project management and change management of major supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, deploying, and managing Control Towers and/or dashboards to support real‑time decision‑making.

• 7+ years' experience in supply chain planning within life sciences, biotech, pharma, or similarly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of SIOP / IBP processes and digital planning.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English;
  German is an advantage.
