Freight handler​/Unloader​/Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking Warehouse Associates / Freight Handlers / Unloaders to join our team s position involves various warehouse duties such as unloading, receiving, loading, palletizing, and general warehouse work. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center in Solon, OH.

• Prior experience in a warehouse setting preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices
• Strong work ethic and a team player

• Unloading trucks and loading trailers in a timely and efficient manner
• Picking warehouse orders accurately
• Keeping the dock clean and maintaining warehouse safety standards
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals

• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift: 1st Shift Full Time 7am - 3:30pm. Monday to Friday
• Pay:
  Based on weekly productivity metrics laid out by the client. While you'll never earn less than $18/hour, we expect the average associate to be earning in the $22-$26/hour range
