We’re looking for a driven and engaging Business Development Representative to help accelerate our momentum. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding and supporting our capital equipment product line, using your communication skills and strategic mindset to uncover opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle. COREDUTIES
- Manage the entire sales cycle from mining a potential client to securing a sale
- Provide professional after‑sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
- Identify and uncover new opportunities through networking and develop into long‑term relationships
- Maintain regular contact with CBG clients to understand and meet their expectations relating to CBG recycling equipment
- Respond to and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction
- Negotiate terms and agreements as appropriate and assigned
- Travel to customer locations periodically and routinely to develop, secure and win business
- Support Marketing in the development and execution of marketing events to increase CBG revenue generation
- On a quarterly basis, formally evaluate customer accounts for performance; develop customer‑specific action plans to increase CBG revenue generation.
- Proven experience as Capital Equipment Sales Professional
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Organization and time‑management skills
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing.
