• Supply chain management and production planning support at OEM site(s).
• Make detailed observations, gather part and process data, analyze data and ensure closure of engineering questions and part non‑conformances.
• Monitor MRP tools, production schedules, WIP and non‑conformances against delivery commit dates; estimate/revise delivery dates.
• Identify bottlenecks, conduct gap analysis, create mitigation plans, and generate and track action items to closure.
• Develop customer‑facing relationships with engineers, buyers, and program management at both the OEM and supply‑base levels.
• Conduct part transition planning, execution and verification work.
• Document, summarize, write reports, and disseminate information per requirements.
• Develop/enhance work instructions to implement best practices/lessons learned and ensure repeatability of tasks.

• Experience in supply chain management, production planning, quality or operations.
• Shop floor experience preferred.
• Strong relationship building and teamwork skills.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to communicate shortage status at working and executive levels.

$28.85 per hour – $30.29 per hour.

This role is on‑site, located in Cleveland, OH, and Solon, OH. You must be able to commute to and from these locations and be present during required working hours. The job requires a shop floor environment with extensive walking and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel is required between both locations.
