The successful candidate will work in our Manufacturing function and:

• Perform routine operations to support manufacture of injectable drug products. Primary tasks include, component preparation, cleaning, sterilization, depyrogenation, formulation, filtration, filling, freeze drying, and capping.
• Achieve proficiency in operating various process equipment such as components washer, steam sterilizer, dry heat oven, vial washer, lyophilizer, and vial capper.
• Maintain inventory levels and stock supplies for manufacturing areas.
• Complete accurate documentation and review and maintain area and equipment logbooks.
• Plan efficient execution of assigned workload.

Attributes required for the position:

• High school diploma or equivalent with proven mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience.
• Able to work independently in a sterile environment while wearing clean room clothing including a sterile gown, hood, masks, and safety glasses for 4 to 6 hours at a time.
• Ability to be on one’s feet for extended periods, 4 to 5 hours, at a time. Routinely lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling 15 to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work with cleaning agents, formulation chemicals and hot water in a safe manner according to procedure(s).
• A self-motivated team player that enjoys contributing to the success of the overall manufacturing team.
