Base pay range: $14.00/hr – $16.00/hr

Full‑time, Entry level

• 1st Shift – Monday to Friday 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
• 2nd Shift – Monday to Friday 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM
• 3rd Shift – Sunday to Thursday 9:45 PM – 6:15 AM (includes a $2.00 differential)

• Create boxes in various sizes to meet daily workload requirements.
• Inspect items for quality, checking for color or alignment issues.
• Count products to ensure each box contains the correct quantity.
• Seal packed boxes before moving them to the shipping area.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and workstations in good condition and free from hazards.
• Be available for overtime as business needs arise.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
• Serve as a reliable, eager, and proactive team member, rotating among department stations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with small hand tools.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English.
• Effective communication with management and co‑workers.
• Awareness of safety issues and appropriate corrective actions.

• Regularly sit, stand, walk, talk, speak, or hear.
• Occasionally reach with hands and arms; climb or balance.
• Frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Vision: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
