• High School diploma or GED
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree with focus in Electrical or Controls Engineering
• 5-10 years’ experience preferred as CNC Maintenance Technician
• Knowledge of plumbing, pipe fitting, pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, seals and electric motors and controls
• Preferred knowledge SAP‑PM and Step 7
• Knowledge and ability of rigging equipment and components
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints and follow schematics
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Problem solving skills
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills, able to participate on project team and interface effectively
• Productivity orientation
• Industrial automation/automatic control knowledge
• Manufacturing equipment knowledge
• Familiarity with NC controls and servo circuits
• Experience in a CNC machining environment
• Manufacturing safety knowledge
• Mechanical assembly knowledge
• Robotics/Computer Controlled Machinery knowledge
• Preferred knowledge in Siemens, Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Seiko, Hitachi, Haas, HEIDENHAIN, Mazatrol
• Preferred ability to properly use oscilloscope
• Knowledge of Ethernet communications, TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP
• Troubleshooting technical problems

• Perform tasks in a quality manner to meet external and internal Customer specifications and requirements

• Complete all necessary documentation, electronic data entries and communications accurately and timely
• Maintain regular attendance and perform duties in a timely manner, arriving and departing for assignments and meetings as required
• Be aware of all standard procedures and practices associated with the position and work to maintain compliance
