• Develop, implement, and/or improve RFID label processing in a fast‑paced, high‑technology electronics assembly environment, providing manufacturing capability to meet or exceed product quality, quantity, and cost requirements.

• B.S. degree in an Engineering discipline (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical)
• One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing assembly environment

• Review new product designs for manufacturability
• Evaluate, purchase, install, and qualify new production equipment
• Work with customers and/or vendors on process transfers
• Program automated label conversion equipment
• Propose changes for cost savings, yield, and productivity improvements
• Research latest technologies in relation to capability improvements
• Train manufacturing personnel on assembly procedures
• Provide technical support to sales & marketing teams for change requests
• Other duties as assigned

• Demonstrated understanding of basic engineering fundamentals
• Familiarity with either laminating, die cutting, and roll‑to‑roll processing or chip attach/SMT is a must
• Experience with basic quality tools
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to work in a Cleanroom, Class 1000+
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Superior organization and problem‑solving skills
