We are looking for an area supervisor to join our janitorial team, servicing commercial buildings across the Chagrin Falls, Solon, Garfield Heights, Maple Heights, Warrensville Heights, Macedonia & surrounding areas. The role involves coverage, training new employees, detail work, and assisting with supply orders. Availability is required six days a week, Monday to Saturday, 5 pm–12 am. The position requires strong supervisory, operational, and communication skills.

• Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints in a timely manner
• Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members
• Work with HR to ensure all jobs are properly staffed and trained
• Arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence
• Disciplinary action and/or termination of employees when necessary
• Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met
• Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary
• Complete work tickets
• Send reports to Area Manager
• Recommend special project work when needed
• Complete ongoing education to gain competency in the position
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws
