Overview

Warrensville Heights, OH (Convenient to Solon, Beachwood, Shaker Heights)

$80,000–$90,000+ base salary (based on experience) | Sustainable productivity expectations | Clinician-led culture

New Heights ABA is a clinician-owned and clinician-led practice serving young learners and their families in Northeast Ohio. We prioritize high-quality clinical care, ethical practice, and sustainable workloads so our clinicians can thrive professionally and personally.

This is a clinic-based role designed for BCBAs who value clinical integrity, collaboration, and work–life balance over high-volume billing models. We intentionally design productivity expectations to support ethical supervision, clinical quality, and clinician well-being—not maximize billing volume.
