Overview
New Heights ABA is actively looking for an experienced Behavior Analyst with 2+ years of demonstrated experience to join our team. This is an IN PERSON position in our Warrensville Heights clinic.
We are looking for someone who is ethical with DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE working with children 1-8 years of age. The ideal candidate will love working with children, exhibit competence and strength to deliver training (both caregivers and RBTs) within their scope of experience, and will strive to learn more and be better. The ideal candidate will understand/apply assent-based / trauma-informed ABA practices.

This is a position that would provide you a work-life balance. Virtually no evenings/weekends. No impossible to achieve weekly billable requirements. We follow an achievable billing/admin ratio that our current BCBAs love and favor. Benefits: generous PTO, company laptop, CEU stipend and medical stipend. We want a BCBA who is independent, fluent with client intake start to finish and someone who staff will seek out for guidance. We want someone who will listen to their RBTs and work as a team creating change. We want someone who is actively involved during supervision sessions and willing to ocassionally run a session when we're short staffed. We are NOT looking for an office BCBA.

- Assessments/parent intake, FBAs, treatment and behavior plans
- RBT/BT supervision/training across client caseload
- Observation and analysis of the data/FAs as required
- Integrate appropriate antecedent / trauma-informed strategies for desired behavior
- Staff and caregiver training
- Social groups experience
- Semi-Annual/Annual progress notes to align with insurance renewals/re-authorizations
- Bi-Monthly progress notes for caregivers
- Treatment fidelity checks
- Behavior data / session note review and action plans
- RBT supervision and behavior skills training to meet BACB guidelines
- Supervisor for RBT Student Practitioners
- Lead/Attend client/staff meetings
- Representing company at various marketing/sponsorship events and benefits
- In addition, providing guidance to school teams with IEP goals and providing training in homes, schools daycares if needed.
- Report quarterly on progress of IEP goals
- BCBA certification with at least one (2+) year of experience working as a BCBA/supervisor designing ABA programs for children under 10 with autism, training parents and technicians on how to implement interventions, and supervision of behavioral staff.
- COBA certification
- DEMONSTRATED COMPETENCY with assessment/programming to children 1-8 years of age
- Master s degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science
- Completion of the required 8-hour online supervision training
- Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ESDM, ABLLS, AFLS, PEAK, Social Skills, etc.
- Experience using electronic data collection within Hi Rasmus/Cataylst (will train).
- A clean background + driving record with a valid driver s license and reliable insured vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
