Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Overview

We are actively looking for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our EAST clinic team supporting children ages 1-8 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). We are looking for dedicated applicants with reliable transportation who can competently deliver ABA services in our Warrensville Heights clinic. To be considered, the candidate will have demonstrated experience implementing behavior plans and teaching skills to young children as an RBT.

We are willing to train the right candidate who has a proven history of working with children with disabilities or steady history working as a nanny, in a school or daycare. This opening is for approximately 37.5 hours per week. We welcome passionate candidates interested in professional development, mentorship and contributing to a supportive environment.

• Implement interventions, collect data, write session notes, and communicate with the team.
• Help children gain communication, social, play and life skills.
• Deliver ABA services as part of the clinic team at the Warrensville Heights location.

• Associates or higher degree strongly preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required within the first 60 days.
• Two plus years with demonstrated experience working with children 1–8 years of age.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification is required upon hire.
• Comprehensive training and supervision will be provided to meet eligibility requirements for maintaining RBT certification.
• We are willing to train the right candidate who has a proven history of working with children with disabilities or steady history working as a nanny, in a school or daycare.

• Availability Monday–Friday 8:15 AM–4:45 PM. This opening is for approximately 37.5 hours per week.
