Private Client Banker – Cleveland East Market – Solon, OH
Join JPMorgan Chase as a Private Client Banker in our Cleveland East Market branch. The role focuses on building lasting relationships with high‑net‑worth clients to help them achieve their financial goals. You will be the main point of contact for a select group of affluent clients and will manage their full banking relationship across the company. ores>
Job Responsibilities- Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
- Actively manage client relationships with an advice‑based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
- Partner with specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts who can help with specialized financial needs.
- Provide self‑service options so clients can access accounts 24/7.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
- Demonstrated success using a value‑added, relationship‑oriented approach to acquiring and deepening client relationships.
- 1+ year of Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
- Beginning Oct. 1, 2018, if not registered:
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses required, or must be completed within 180 days of starting the role. - Compliance with Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- College degree or military equivalent.
- Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients.
