- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and state standards; differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Establish a positive and respectful classroom culture conducive to learning; effectively manage student behavior and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Regularly assess student progress using a variety of assessment tools; provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities; communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and participate in parent‑teacher conferences.
- Stay informed about current educational trends, instructional strategies, and best practices; participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
