Customer Sales Advisor

Halfords is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor with Retail sales experience. Ideal candidates have a knack for customer service, a quick and efficient working style, and a pro‑active approach to helping customers. They will receive product knowledge and skills training to demonstrate and explain our products and fitting services.

• Age 21+ £12.21 per hour
• Under 21 £ 10.00 per hour

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Problem solving skills
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
