Pay Rate: £16.41–£16.92 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Plate and Bar Saw Operator to join a busy and well-established operation in Solihull. This is a genuine temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Experience operating the listed machinery is essential. Applicants that do not possess this experience will not be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating bar saw and plate saw machinery safely and efficiently

* Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

* Ensuring materials are cut accurately to specification

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Following all health & safety procedures at all times

Essential Requirements:

* Proven experience operating bar saw and plate saw machinery

* Ability to work accurately and to deadlines

* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

* Health and safety conscious

* time keeping and a positive attitude

Desirable (but not essential):

* Experience using a water jet cutting machine

* Previous experience within the Aerospace industry

* Counter Balance/Reach Forklift experience
