• Leading the valuation process and winning instructions with confidence and care
• Driving local market share through reputation, results, and service
• Mentoring junior staff and being a role model in the branch
• Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client care
• Working hand-in-hand with the Branch Manager and Sales Team to drive performance
