Full time, Monday Friday, office based Salary: £35k - £60k DOE Find Your Footsteps Recruitment have teamed up with one of the U.Ks most successful legal firms and are currently supporting them with the recruitment of a residential property solicitor within their residential conveyancing team at their office in Solihull. Role responsibilities To handle all conveyancing matters from the initial instruction to post completion.
This will include:
To manage residential sales & purchases To handle remortgage transactions and equity release transactions. To check titles of freehold and leasehold properties To deal with the transfer of equity and matrimonial transfer
