Conveyancing Solicitor

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its team based in the Solihull office. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly, collaborative environment with the flexibility of hybrid working.

The Role

You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Remortgages and equity release transactions
• Freehold and leasehold title checks
• Transfers of equity, including matrimonial transfers
• Post-completion matters
• Adhering to CQS Protocols at all times

You will also:

• Support and train conveyancing assistants within the department
• Develop and maintain local client contacts
• Cross-refer clients to other departments where appropriate
• Provide cover for other offices within the firm when required

About You

Our client is looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified Conveyancer with residential property experience
• Has strong local knowledge of the Solihull area
• Has experience managing residential conveyancing caseloads independently
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, care and attention to detail
• Works well as part of a team and maintains positive working relationships
• Complies with firm policies, procedures and performance standards
