Hours:

Full time, 37.5 hours per week (core hours 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts). Salary: £33,353.66.

As a Registered Midwife at MSI UK, become a key part of a new dedicated team delivering high-quality abortion and contraception services. Reporting to the Clinical Services Matron or Clinical Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients through their reproductive health journey—helping them make informed choices with confidence and care.

From assisting in surgical procedures to providing post-operative support, your work will ensure every client feels respected, reassured, and empowered.

Be a Voice for Reproductive Rights. We’re looking for a caring and motivated Midwife who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about reproductive choice. Your base location will be our newly opened regional treatment centre in Marston Green, however there is an expectation that some time will be spent across our satellite clinics in Brierley Hill, Tamworth, and Stafford, so travel flexibility is essential.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to clinical excellence and person-centred care.

• Deliver high-quality abortion and contraception services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist in surgical procedures and provide post-operative support to clients.
• Support clients through their reproductive health journey, helping them make informed choices with confidence and care.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Services team and report to the Clinical Services Matron or Clinical Team Leader.
• Travel across the base site in Marston Green and satellite clinics (Brierley Hill, Tamworth, Stafford) as required.

• Registered Midwife or Registered Adult Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
