Personal Tax Compliance Senior Manager

Your new role

• Attending monthly management meetings to discuss projects, work allocation, topical tax and staffing.
• Managing the personal tax team, assisting them with technical queries and completing the more complex personal tax returns.
• Dealing with HMRC enquiries and making worldwide disclosures.
• Responding to clients' tax queries, either via telephone or email.
• Researching queries raised by the Directors or members of the tax team.
• Writing blogs for the website and providing summary budget updates.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience of managing a team of personal tax compliance professionals.
• Proficiency in handling complex tax returns and providing personal tax advice.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Ability to research and resolve technical tax queries.
