We are seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining office collaboration with flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices daily
• Posting transactions to cost centres accurately
• Managing purchase orders (POs), training operational teams, and raising internal POs
• Performing credit checks and processing employee expenses
• Handling bank reconciliations and supporting timely payment runs
• Posting invoices to the ledger and assisting with month-end processes
• Managing supplier queries and liaising with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Understanding prepayments and accruals for accurate reporting

• Previous experience in accounts payable or general finance support
• Strong understanding of POs, accruals, and prepayments
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume processing
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
