Role and Responsibilities (illustrative)

They are looking for a mechanically biased maintenance engineer with training and development support. The Engineering Manager will provide mentorship and a potential career path. Experience / Qualifications
  • Qualified to level 3 (NVQ/C&G) or Apprenticeship served in a mechanical discipline
  • Is advantageous, this can be through the military (ex-forces)
  • Least 4 years experience maintaining/repairing special purpose machinery - any heavy industry is advantageous but not a deal breaker
  • Mechanically competent - hydraulics/pneumatics, bearings, straps, belts, chains etc.
  • Any mechanical maintenance engineer from manufacturing or ex-forces welcome to apply - FMCG, Food, plastic, packaging, Pharmaceutical, foundry, brick, distribution, automotive, metals, RAF, Navy, army, military, etc.
