* Key Responsibilities
Lead the setup and configuration of a new requirements management tool
Define and implement a scalable requirements structure, including:
Templates
Unique s
Naming standards
Requirement categories
Traceability models
Manage the migration of legacy Excel-based requirements into the new system, ensuring high data quality and consistency
Develop and deploy efficient workflows for:
Requirement creation
Reviews and approvals
Change management
Establish and maintain end-to-end traceability across:
Electrical
Software
Controls
Calibration
Testing
Support compliance with ISO 26262 and ASPICE, ensuring robust documentation and process governance
Deliver training and onboarding for engineering teams, driving adoption of the new system
Act as a champion for requirements engineering best practices across the organisation
About You
Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Jama, etc.)
Strong understanding of systems engineering and requirements lifecycle management
Experience working in automotive, motorcycle, or safety-critical environments
Proven ability to build processes and systems from scratch
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Passion for improving engineering efficiency and quality
