We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 1 Teacher (QTS) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the B36 area of Birmingham
.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate practitioner who is dedicated to providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences for pupils in KS1.

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum
• Foster strong early literacy and numeracy skills
• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1 within a UK primary setting
• Demonstrates strong phonics knowledge (e.g. Read Write Inc, Little Wandle or similar programmes)
• Has excellent classroom management skills>
• Is committed to raising attainment and supporting all learners
• Is enthusiastic, nurturing and child-centred in their approach
