Here’s what you’ll be doing

Location - Solihull (Hybrid working - 1 day a week onsite)

Salary - £51,620 - £65,907 plus excellent employee benefits and career progression

We are seeking a driven and commercially focused individual to play a key role in shaping the I&C strategy and business plan across all customer segments. In this role, you’ll support the development, modelling, and evaluation of commercial and strategic initiatives that enhance both short‑term profitability and long‑term business value.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical and modelling capabilities to influence major commercial decisions and contribute meaningful insight to our strategic direction.

Main responsibilities of the role
  • Partner with key stakeholders to convert market insights into actionable intelligence that shapes commercial innovation and product development.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver commercial solutions, support business initiatives, and maximise commercial value.
  • Develop clear recommendations to optimise product performance, pricing strategies, and customer growth.
  • Calculate and present margin outcomes and risk scenarios, highlighting impacts on business‑plan assumptions and supporting value optimisation across multiple financial periods.
  • Produce clear, robust approval papers that summarise complex deal structures and secure buy‑in from the relevant approval authorities.
What we need from you
  • Demonstrating strong capability to analyse and interpret complex information drawn from multiple data sources.
  • Applying excellent commercial and financial awareness to inform decision‑making.
  • Building and maintaining complex analytical models using Excel and other relevant software tools.
  • Producing concise, persuasive business cases, proposals and papers for senior management audiences.
  • Applying comprehensive knowledge of commercial management principles and practices.
  • Thinking strategically while using detailed insight to assess feasibility, manage ambiguity and address uncertainty.
