Key Responsibilities

• Serve as clinician-of-the-day during scheduled shifts for emergency care needs
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and health history interviews
• Identify and document mental health diagnoses and treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using advanced clinical skills
• Maintain timely and compliant patient documentation
• Ensure follow-up care is coordinated, and patient calls are responded to promptly
• Collaborate with primary care providers, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive behavioral healthcare

Required Qualifications

• Experience:Minimum of 12 continuous months providing direct patient care within the last 3 years
• Licensure:Active California LCSW license (hard copy required)
• Certification:Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Identification:Valid photo , Drivers License, or Passport
