Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) - ISUDT
Location: Soledad, California
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (6-9 months, with potential for extension)
Pay Range: $67.75 - $69.75 per hour
Position Overview
A full-time contract opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) to support the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment (ISUDT) program in a secure clinical setting in Soledad, CA. This role offers competitive pay, steady hours, and the opportunity for temp-to-perm transition with full state benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions such as individual and group counseling
- Provide services specific to the ISUDT program, ensuring care aligns with substance use disorder treatment goals
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination with other clinical professionals
- Support transitional care planning and connect patients with community resources upon release
- Evaluate patients using family systems and biopsychosocial models, creating solution-focused treatment plans
- Document patient progress, contribute to discharge planning, and participate in rehabilitation coordination
- Attend case conferences, staff trainings, and multidisciplinary meetings as directed
- Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards in all clinical communications
Required Qualifications
- Experience:Minimum 12 continuous months of direct patient care within the last 3 years
- Licensure:Valid MFT license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (hard copy required)
- Certification:Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Identification:Valid photo , Drivers License, or Passport
