- You will have a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff.
- You will be driving for high-performance results within a fast-paced, demanding solutions sales environment and focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience.
- You will act as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager and complete trainings and attend weekly sales leadership calls.
- You will drive our business forward by motivating your team to do their best in every guest interaction.

- Providing ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store.
- Ensuring store employees meet and/or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete trainings on time and fully.
- Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.
- Maintaining the store's performance by running retail inventory compliance.
- Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports.
- Thinking of innovative ways to drive traffic in stores and capitalize on the existing customer base.
- Owning store success and taking ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions.
- Owning all guest escalations and providing timely resolution.
- Clearly communicating company objectives and priorities to team members and providing timely follow up.
- Staying up to date with new sales promotions and ensuring guests are provided with a complete solution to meet current and future needs.

Pay will include a base rate of $19.00/hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.
