We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner for our Urgent Care practice in Soldotna, AK within our knowledgeable, well respected Urgent Care group! We want a motivated provider who enjoys caring for patients across all age ranges in an urgent care setting. Ideally the candidate has experience in emergency medicine or urgent care.

We are a well respected urgent care group with an amazing, friendly support staff that has provided comprehensive urgent care since 2017. We are highly trained and ready to collaborate as a team to give our patients the highest level of care. Our upscale private atmosphere has the latest equipment on premises—laboratory, EKG, and X‑ray imaging—all located in beautiful town of Soldotna, AK.

With a focus on professionalism and efficiency, we ensure timely and compassionate care.

• Urgent care visits—variety of acute care (sick patients, minor fractures, lacerations, etc.)
• Patient examinations—review and maintain patient’s medical histories and records
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Prescribe medications as needed
• Perform minor urgent care procedures (I&D, biopsy, suturing)
• Provide accurate documentation
• Referral to specialists as needed (PCP, PT, ER, etc.)
• Educate and counsel patients and their families
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff for comprehensive patient care

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• NP license in AK
• Ability to see all patient ranges from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Experience performing urgent care duties, e.g., suturing, etc.
• ER or urgent care experience preferred

• Full time or part time

• $65–$75+ per hour, depending on experience

• Vacation/Holiday Pay
