GIBBON North America has been growing exponentially since launching the Slack Board, the most dynamic and versatile balance training tool available today.
Slack Board sales grew more than 4X year over year in 2024, from $3 million in 2023 to more than $14 million in 2025. We have more than doubled again this year and are on track to break $35 million in revenue with more than 250,000 Slack Boards sold to date. We have been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in America.
One of the critical areas of growth we are focusing on is selling to schools for use in the classroom, during physical education classes and with sports teams. We are looking for a sales manager to focus on growing our sales to schools in 2026 and beyond.
What You’ll Do- Grow sales pipelines in schools
- Prospect, outbound, and convert leads
- Attend industry trade shows and other live events
- Build long‑term customer relationships
- Partner with leadership to identify new opportunities
- Build relationships with decision makers: superintendents, teachers, principals, directors, purchasers, managers, coaches and more
- Assist in building educational tools that will help our customers be successful with our products
- Collect testimonials, success stories, and feedback to support future growth.
- A high energy, self‑motivated sales professional with 5+ years of sales experience selling to public and private elementary, middle and high schools, and colleges.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach, presentations, travel, networking, and closing deals.
- Passionate about wellness, kids, fitness, and emotional and behavioral health.
- Entrepreneurial - you love fast moving environments and building things from the ground up.
- Excellent communicator with a knack for simplifying and explaining product value.
- You are well organized and maintain a detailed, up to date record of progress at all times.
- Data driven - you are good with numbers and are well versed programs like Excel.
- You are comfortable with using CRM tools to streamline business processes
