The Sales Representative assists the General Manager with new membership sales by attracting new members and booking demo classes. They also help retain current members. Pilates knowledge is preferred but not required.

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets across memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in person, phone, and email
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• Occasional travel may be required

• Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
• Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding individual needs
• Maintain personal sales production levels
• Promote the club's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present services to current and prospective members
• Book appointments to meet sales quotas
• Participate in events like health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community activities
• Develop selling skills
• Perform other duties as assigned
